Rooibos Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2oz Ten To One White Rum
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75oz Rooibos 5 Spice Syrup*
Garnish
Citrus Zest
Glassware

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker tin and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with orange zest.
*Rooibos 5 Spice Syrup
In a saucepan add 4 bags of Rooibos Tea, 2 cups of Water, 2 cups of White Sugar, 7 Cinnamon Sticks, 10 Whole Allspice, 10 whole cloves, 2 Star Anise Pods and grated nutmeg. Cook until sugar dissolves over low heat. Strain out spices and allow the syrup to rest for 10 mins then refrigerate.
