0.5oz J. Rieger Caffe Amaro
1.5oz Oat Milk Horchata*

Instructions
1: CREATE HORCHATA MIX Put 1 cup Rice, 1 cup Oat Milk and 2 cups Hot Water in a bowl and let that soak for 2 hours. After 2 hours add to blender with 1 tbsp Coconut Cream, 2 tbsp Honey, 0.5 tsp Grated Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract, and 0.25 tsp Grated Nutmeg and blend until smooth.
2: MIX FIRST THREE INGREDIENTS Using a rocks glass, mix together 1.5 oz Ten To One Dark Rum, 1 ounce Espresso and 1/2 ounce J. Rieger Caffe Amaro
3: ADD ICE Top glass with ice and stir gently
4: COMBINE INGREDIENTS WITH HORCHATA MIX Mix 1.5 oz oat milk horchata with the first three ingredients (dark rum, espresso and J. Rieger Caffee Amaro)
5: GARNISH Garnish with cinnamon. Enjoy!
