Fall Spice Jungle Bird
INGREDIENTS
- 0.75oz Ten To One White Rum
- 0.75oz Ten To One Dark Rum
0.75oz Aperol
0.75oz Pineapple Juice
0.50oz Spiced Pineapple Oleo*
0.50oz Lime Juice
3 dashes Blackstrap Bitters
GARNISH
Fresh Pineapple or Frond

INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
*SPICED PINEAPPLE OLEO
Peel a whole lime carefully avoiding the pith. Stir the Lime Peels, 1 small cubed Pineapple, 1c Sugar, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 1 Star Anise, 3 Cloves, and 2 slices of Fresh Ginger in a glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave at room temperature overnight. Strain into another bowl and press all the liquid out. Refrigerate.
