Rum Grapefruit Smash

• Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Ten To One White Rum

  • 2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • 0.25oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 0.25oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 Dash Salt

  • 2-4oz Sparkling Wine or Soda Water

• Garnish

  • Grapefruit Wedge

• Glassware

  • Collins

• Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except for sparkling wine/soda water to a collins glass over crushed ice. Top with sparkling wine or soda water. Garnish with large grapefruit wedge.
