- 2oz Ten To One White Rum
0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
8-12 Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions
1: PREPARE BASE Using a Collins Glass, add 8-12 Fresh Mint Leaves, 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup and 3/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice. Gently muddle together.
2: ADD INGREDIENTS Fill glass with crushed ice and pour 2 ounces Ten To One White Rum and Club Soda (to taste)
3: STIR Using a barmixing spoon gently stir ingredients together for 15-20 seconds. Stirring forcefully will diminish the mint leaves
4: GARNISH Garnish with big mint spring and/or additional limes! Enjoy!
