Ogre-Proof Daiquiri

• INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Ten to One White Rum
    Add to cart

  • .75oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • .5oz Clarified Watermelon infused Mirdori

  • .25oz Simple Syrup

• Rim Mixture

  • Combine 100g sugar, 50g pink salt, 20g dehydrated watermelon powder, 10g dehydrated strawberry powder, 5g edible glitter

• Aromatic Mist

  • In a spray bottle, combine 1oz Luxardo Cherry Syrup, 1oz Midori, and 1tsp of black sea salt.

• Glassware

  • Coupe

• Instructions

  • 1. Apply rim using a lime wedge and dipping the glass into rim mixture.

    2. Shake ingredients until chilled.

    3. Double strain into a coupe.

    4. Mist glass with Aromatics.
