1: PREPARE SHAKER Place ice in a tin cocktail shaker
2: MIX INGREDIENTS Combine 1.5 oz of Ten To One Dark Rum, 1 ounce Simple Syrup, 3/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice, 6 Mint Leaves, 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters and mix in shaker
3: STRAIN COCKTAIL Using a double strainer, pour ingredients into a couple glass
4: ADD CHAMPAGNE OR PROSECCO Top cocktail with 2-4 oz Champagne or Prosecco
