- 0.5oz Pineapple Liqueur
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish
- XL Coconut Water Ice Cube
- Orange Zest

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into rocks glass with 1 XL coconut water ice cube. Garnish with orange zest.

A super creative twist on a classic. I loved the way the pineapple and coconut complemented the flavor of the rum. As someone who prefers a fruity cocktail over a heavy cocktail this struck a nice balance.

Loved how this White Rum still offers so much flavor and is rounded in the cocktail, which is never easy when preparing a Piña Colada. The fact that has no added sugar, makes it so good to even sip on the side or as a float.

One of my favorite twists on the classic recipe. It lands a bit heavier than a ‘traditional’ Pina Colada, but maintains the same fruity taste we all know and love. The coconut water ice cube is an excellent touch!
