XL Coconut Water Ice Cube
Orange Zest
Rocks
Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into rocks glass with 1 XL coconut water ice cube. Garnish with orange zest.

A super creative twist on a classic. I loved the way the pineapple and coconut complemented the flavor of the rum. As someone who prefers a fruity cocktail over a heavy cocktail this struck a nice balance.
Loved how this White Rum still offers so much flavor and is rounded in the cocktail, which is never easy when preparing a Piña Colada. The fact that has no added sugar, makes it so good to even sip on the side or as a float.

I served up this refashioned classic at my backyard get together and this tropical version was an absolute hit! Slightly smokey but more refreshing than a whiskey OF. Great cocktail.
